* Note: Due to the weight of some of our items, shipping cost may greatly exceed the posted rates. In these rare cases you will be contacted with the exact shipping rates before we process the order.
* Personalized items will take longer.
* We recommend all candles be shipped using our express method to guarantee candles arrive safely. If express shipment is not selected at checkout and the item(s) arrives melted, the item will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
* Candles are typically not shipped on Thursdays or Fridays during the summer months to avoid melting while in transit regardless if Ground or Express is selected. Packages remain on a high-temperature truck or warehouse during weekends/non-delivery days. We appreciate your patience as we determine the best shipping method and time for your order.
* To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $7.50. In addition, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via UPS Ground will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air (UPS Worldwide Expedited for Canadian orders).
* Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday . We suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight.
